Description

Cécile Aubert-Macarez was born from a line of wine-growers from the XVII century and develops an elegant wine with subtle and mellow aromas at Château Lalande de Gravet, which is located in the south-west of the village of Saint-Emilion.
65 % Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vinification: Mechanically harvested in October 2018 and fermented in stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks (temperature kept below 28°). Aging occurs in French Oak barrels for 12 months.
