Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas Mark 7 (+10 mins)
Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the paella in its wooden tray. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the wooden tray.
2 Place in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 35 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins then remove the foil and stir the rice and sauce together. Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.
