History: The producer of this Champagne is based in Reims and the size and quality of the vineyards has allowed them to produce wines of the highest quality over many years
Regional information: This Cuvee is an elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier selected from some of the very best terroirs in the Champagne region
Vinification: The grapes are picked entirely by hand, with grapes being put into individual open crates. In most
cases the grapes are taken to press houses no further than a few miles from the vineyards. Harvesting traditionally takes place from mid to end September, when the natural sugar levels and acidity are at their best. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 17 deg C.
