Preparation and Usage
You'll Need: 500g Chicken Mini Fillets, Capsicana Large Tortilla Wraps
1. Coat 500g of chicken mini fillets with the seasoning mix and leave to marinate (5 minutes).
2. Cook the chicken in a pre-heated frying pan with a little oil, turning halfway, until fully cooked through (approx. 8 minutes).
3. I suggest to cover the pan with a lid halfway through cooking, to keep the chicken moist!
4. Gather your toppings and warm your tortilla wraps while the chicken cooks.
5. Serve your Brazilian chicken in warmed tortillas. I recommend having with crispy lettuce, soured cream, Capsicana salsa and fresh salad, or even some homemade slaw.

2. Place the chicken fillets in a pre-heated frying pan with a little oil and cook for 8 minutes.
3. Turn over and cook for a further 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve with fresh salad, warm tortilla wraps, sour cream, Capsicana Guacamole Mix and cheese.
