Boots Sleepeaze Snoring Relief Congestion Nasal Strips are designed for those who snore due to a blocked nose caused by colds and allergies. Snoring can be caused by nasal congestion restricting the breathing through the nose, which leads to drawing more air through the mouth. This can cause the tissue at the back of the throat to vibrate, creating the noise we know as snoring. The Nasal Strips contain flexible bands, which gently open the nasal passages, improving airflow and reducing snoring caused by congestion.

How to use

Always read the product information before use. Apply a Nasal Strip before going to bed as follows:

  1. Wash and dry nose
  2. Place one nasal strip across bridge of nose
  3. Apply to skin, smooth sides by pressing down to ensure good contact. Remove slowly (if desired the strip can be removed while washing your face).

Hazards and Cautions

For external use only. Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin. Do not use for more than 12 hours per day. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of small children. Please note: There is no guaranteed cure for snoring, however our Congestion Nasal Strips can help to relieve the symptoms. This product is not a cure for sleep apnoea, a related respiratory medical condition, where breathing stops temporarily during sleep.
