200g king prawns,
100g mange tout,
1 red pepper,
100g Blue Dragon Japanese Ramen Noodles.
Recipe suggestion:
Teriyaki Prawns with Rice Noodles
Serves 2
Method:
1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and add the mange tout and sliced pepper, stir fry for 1 minute. Add the prawns and stir fry for a further minute.
3. Add this sachet of sauce to the wok along with the pre-cooked and drained noodles and stir fry 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
This sauce is also great as a marinade. Add sesame seeds and some chopped garlic and ginger to the marinade for a truly authentic taste.
