Instructions
Recipe suggestion:Chicken Chow MeinServes 2Shopping list - just add:100g Blue Dragon Medium Egg Noodles, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 chicken breasts, 1 medium onion, 4 spring onions, 5 mushrooms, 1 small carrot, 150g beansprouts.Method:1. Cook the noodles as instructed on pack.2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.3. Add the chicken cut into strips and stir fry for 3 minutes.4. Add the sliced vegetables and fry for another minute.5. Add the pre-cooked noodles and pour over this sachet of sauce. Heat through for 1 minute. Serve immediately.For best results make sure your wok or frying pan is very hot!
