Sparkling Pinot Noir
Brut Australian Sparkling Wine
Pink looks great on everyone, doesn't it? Unrestrained, eternally curious, and deeply passionate. And bubbles make everything better. Infinitely exciting, light as air, yet somehow relaxing. Awash in strawberry flavours and citrus blossom aromas, lifted by a hint of floral, this blush-coloured sparkling is here to remind you of the endless pleasures of optimism.
The Bird in Hand vineyards, winery, cellar door and restaurant thrive in the nurturing hands of the founding Nugent family.
In the spirit of reconciliation Bird in Hand acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

Regional information: Adelaide Hills has a well deserved reputation as one of Australia's most exciting cool climate areas. Due to its altitude, the region is significantly cooler than its neighbours. Long dry summers and Autumns lead to wonderful acidity in the fruit.
Vinification: Crushed and destemmed straight to press with minimal time on skins ensured the extraction of only the lightest of colour. Individual batches from each vineyard were kept separate right up until blending
