By simply blending organic durum wheat and alpine water, then extruding through bronze dies, we create a pasta that has the perfect texture for sauces to stick to. Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. Bring 1lt of water for every 100g pasta to the boil. Add pasta and simmer, then drain and serve. For cooking times see back of pack.
