How to Enjoy Superberries
No time to spare? Just mix 2 teaspoons (10g) with 200 - 300ml of water for a great tasting, nutritious drink anytime of the day.
Give your morning smoothie a nutritious lift by adding 1-2 teaspoons into your blender before whizzing up.
Get creative and add Superberries to pancake and muffin mixes or simply stir into yoghurt for a colourful boost.
Recipes
Very Berry Parfait
(serves 10)
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Superberries
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 1.5kg Greek yoghurt
- 300g strawberries, sliced
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 330g frozen mixed berries
Line a loaf tin with cling film. Mash the bananas until smooth, and then stir into the yoghurt along with the maple syrup. Fold two-thirds of the frozen berries, strawberries and the Superberries powder through the yoghurt to give a ripple effect. Pour into the loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze for at least 6 hrs until set. Before serving, leave to stand for 15-20 mins, remove from the tin and peel off the cling film. Top with the remaining berries, slice and serve.
