Magnesium citrate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), live bacterial cultures (milk, soya), zinc citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (as vitamin D3 - cholecalciferol), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
