Validated in a professional sleep lab, the Beurer Sleep Sensor offers high precision, non-contact sleep monitoring. It sits discreetly under your mattress and records your movements, heart rate and respiratory rate to accurately assess your sleep habits and produce personalised tips for a better night’s sleep.

When used with the Beurer SleepLine app, all your data can be exported into a sleep diary, and you can even access a Fresh Wake function; the Sleep Sensor identifies the lightest phase of your sleep pattern closest to the time of your morning wake-up call and wakes you during this phase so you wake feeling well-rested and without that morning grogginess.
