All you need is 260g of butter, 2 medium sized eggs and 200g of cream cheese!

Just add
Butter, eggs, water, cream cheese

Baking pan: 18cm diameter, loose bottom/ spring form pan, well-greased and lined

4 simple steps!
Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)/ Gas Mark 4.
Grease a 18cm round, loose bottom pan. For better results line with baking paper.
1. Mix cream cheese and cheesecake mix in a bowl and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 1 minute until combined and smooth. Add the egg and blend in to incorporate it, using a spatula, and set aside.
2. Melt butter completely in a saucepan or in a microwave oven). In a bowl, put the brownie mix, the water and the melted butter and mix, using a whisk until combined. Add egg and keep stirring for 1 minute until very well blended. Reserve 70g (approximately 4 teaspoons) of the brownie batter, pour remaining batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
3. Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter and spread evenly. Drop reserved brownie batter by teaspoonfuls over cheesecake mixture. Pull knife through cheesecake batter in "s" patterns for marbled design.
4. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are light golden brown (baking time may vary depending on the oven, adjust baking time if necessary). Cool 30 minutes and then place in refrigerator for 2 hours to completely cool. Remove from the baking pan and place on a serving dish. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Store in a cool, dry place.
