How to use
Initial use: Press the pump several times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use.
Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing any excess liquid. Replace the cap after use.

Recommended dose
Adults: use 5 sprays, taken just before bed. 5 sprays contains 50mg of 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan).
