70% Carignan, 30% Syrah.
Showing a dark ruby red colour, this wine has an intense nose, offering ripe blackberry and blueberry
notes, with hints of liquorice. In the mouth, this wine is medium bodied, fruit driven, and supple, with
soft tannins in the end.
The winemaking process is traditional. The grapes are
picked at their optimal ripeness, and destemmed. A 3 weeks
maceration is carried out, with selected yeasts and under
controlled temperature. There is no oak ageing, to preserve the lovely fruit of the wine.
