The Baron Herzog brand is known for outstanding variety and value. Baron Herzog wines offer something for every palate. They trace their winemaking origins back nine generations, to Phillip Herzog, who made wine in Slovakia for the Austro-Hungarian court more than a century ago.

Vinification Details
Each grape entering our tank room is treated gently. A de-stemming machine separates every grape from its rachis (stem) to ensure that every nuance in the grape is preserved ”just as it was fresh from the vine. This is crucial in preserving the tannins that reside between the skin and pulp of the grape.
