Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 9 min. 100g Pasta- 1 Litre water- 7g Salt - Bring water to a fast boil and add salt. Add pasta and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.

Pennette Rigate with courgettes, aubergines and cherry tomatoes350g Barilla Integrale Pennette Rigate200g courgettes150g aubergines100g cherry tomatoes4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlicSalt and pepperFresh parsleyPeel the aubergines and cut julienne-style with the courgettes. Soften the cherry tomatoes in a frying pan with a little oil and pinch of salt. Using another frying pan, heat the oil with a garlic clove, then add the aubergines and courgettes. Cook for 3 minutes, add the cherry tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook the Barilla Integrale Pennette Rigate in plenty of salted water, drain when "al dente" and add them to the vegetables, garnishing with fresh chopped parsley.
