Hob - From Ambient: Medium / 4-5 MinsEmpty contents into a saucepan. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Microwave - From Ambient: 700W 4 Mins / 900W 2 1/2 MinsEmpty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W). Remove cover, stir and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes (700W), 30 seconds (900W). Stir before serving.
