Recipes
Rice Flour Brownies1 1/2 cups brown rice flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda3/4 cup salted butter, melted1 1/4 cups coconut sugar1 cup cocoa powder1 tsp. vanilla extract3 large vegan eggs (flax/chia)PreparationPreheat oven 180°C & oil an 8" x 8" tray.Mix rice flour, baking soda. In a saucepan, melt the butter.Stir in sugar, mix in the cocoa powder.Add vanilla extract and eggs.Pour in the dry mixture and combine.Pour into baking tray & bake for 30/35 mins.
