The Pazo Barrantes winery is situated in the most magical of locations – Spain’s Salnés valley, where its 12 hectares surround a 16th-century Galician palace. The Albariño grape is solely used here, favoured for its light-bodied freshness. Pazo Barrantes Albariño sees notes of sweet peach and zesty citrus, a hint of bay and touches of balsamic come together to create an outstanding wine, pairing beautifully with shellfish on balmy evenings.
