Our Lush Spa therapists suggest using After massage bar as part of your cool-down routine post-exercise. Warm the bar in your hands, before applying it directly to skin with light pressure, using soothing massage techniques onto muscle groups that have been worked during your session.

How to store:
Keep this massage bar fresh and clean in a lidded container, like one of our oval tins. Try storing in the freezer if you like an icy magnesium muscle soother.

Melt warning: Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. In very hot weather, store in fridge to avoid meltdowns.
