Nose: sweet fruits of the forest, vanilla and toffee, hints of peached pears, candied citrus fruit, fig and sultana balanced with sweet vanilla and a gentle hint of cloves

Palate: Rich and full bodied, sweet sherry notes of dried fruit and spice, balanced with fruits of the forest, creamy sweet malt, nuts, dark chocolate and espresso

Finish: long and lingering, dried fruit and subtle spice

An exciting release showcasing lots of potential character from this young North Wales Distillery.
100% locally sourced, distilled, aged & bottled.

Aber Falls Whisky is unique in both its production and its taste. Working with local farmers, we use 100% Welsh malted barley and fresh Welsh water, and our recipes have been meticulously built to highlight the quality of these spectacular ingredients. We bottle on site at the Distillery and our Warehouse is located just down the road.
Our stills are also specially designed to produce refined, premium quality whisky. The copper removes any unwanted elements, with the large surface area of our tall still ensuring maximum contact with the liquid. Once distilled, a range of specially selected wooden barrels, including American Oak Bourbon, Virgin Oak and Spanish Sherry, enhance the flavour profile of the whisky during the maturation process. These casks are stored at our warehouse on the menai straits.
