Nocino Toschi complies with the production disciplinary of Tradition and flavors of Modena, a collective trademark of the Chamber of Commerce for the products of the Modenese agri-food tradition. The walnut husks, still tender, are cut into four parts and infused before being pressed to extract all their precious essence. Cloves and cinnamon, a proportion of sugar and water are added to the infusion to obtain the alcohol content and the characteristic roundness of taste. With a characteristic bouquet and intense flavor, the Nocino di Modena Riserva Toschi is produced completely without dyes, and is expertly left to age for at least 5 years in oak barrels.
