Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan until hot. Stir-fry the protein or veg for 2-4 minutes, or until cooked. Add the herbs and spices from the pouch (include chilli for extra heat) and cook for 30 seconds.\u003cbr\u003e3. Move the protein to the side of the pan, add 1 tbsp oil and fry the whisked egg for 1-2 minutes, until cooked. Add the beansprouts and the spring onions.\u003cbr\u003e4.
