Empty the contents of the dough sachet into a bowl and add 50g soft unsalted butter, 1 egg and 170ml of lukewarm milk.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e3. Mix together by hand or use an electric mixer with dough hook attachment until fully combined. The dough will be very soft at this stage.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e4. Knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes or 5 minutes with an electric mixer until it forms a smooth elastic dough.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e5. Place in a bowl, cover and rest in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e6. Roll out a rectangle approximately 30cm by 20cm. Spread 30g of soft unsalted butter onto the dough and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Roll up the long side forming a swiss roll style swirl.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e7. Cut evenly into 8 pieces then place in the lined tin sideways on with one bun in the middle. Cover and rest in a warm place for a further 30 mins. Uncover and place in the pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins until golden brown.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e8. Remove from the tin and allow to cool on a wire rack.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo make the icing:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e1. Add 1tsp cold milk and the remaining 5g soft unsalted butter to the icing mix and mix until smooth.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e2.
