Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. If you are using vegetable, cut into 4cm cubes and roast in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C\/160°C Fan\/Gas 3 or until browned.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. If you are using vegetables, add the vegetables to a pan stir in the jar of sauce. Heat for 5-7 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and hot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3.
