Vegan friendly. At Santa Tresa we don't use pesticides! Not even organic. We only use very limited amount of Sulphur and Copper in the vineyard. Instead of manure (these are vegan wines after all!) we fertilise their vines using Favino that is fava bean that we grow ourselves and is extremely effective. Bouquet of white fruits, that develops into notes of apricots \u0026amp; herbs. We chill the grapes overnight in a refrigerated room to lower the temperature to 6-8°C, thereby protecting the aromatic characteristics of the grapes. The following day, grapes are gently destemmed and softly pressed. The must remains in a tank for one night at a temperature of around 10°C, allowing the natural sedimentation of all the solid particles to occur.
