Leave the dough in a warm place for one hour to rise and double in size. Knead well again on a floured surface for a few minutes, divide dough into 2 equal sizes. Shape into rounds or oblongs and place on a baking tray. Cover with lightly oiled cling film. Leave the dough in a warm place for half an hour to rise again and increase in size.
