This Double Ageing process is a time-honoured tradition that Alexandre was desperate to emulate with Planteray Rum. The dynamic maturation during the long sea voyage, combined with the tropical and continental environments, is the hallmark of Planteray Rum. His creates a rum with notes of tropical fruits, ripe banana, chocolate and toasted coconut.
