Cook the pasta in the boiling water for 1 minute. Stir regularly. 3. Whilst the pasta cooks, add the sauce and pancetta to a frying pan. 4. Add 75 ml of pasta cooking water, stir well and heat until steaming, then turn off the heat. 5. Lift the pasta out of the water and add to the sauce. Toss together. 6.
