Defrost fully before use, do not refreeze once defrosted.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePreparation and Usage: Roast or Air-Fry and serve as a traditional roast for a hearty Sunday lunch or cook with a lemon and herb marinade, serve with salad and new potatoes for a lighter twist. Cook from chilled. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking ensuring all packaging removed. Preheat oven: 200°C \/ Fan 180°C \/ Gas Mark 5. Place the chicken on a roasting tray, season and cook for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 180°C and cook for 30 minutes per kg. To check the chicken is cooked, insert a skewer into the thickest part of the thigh, if the juices run clear, the chicken is cooked - remove from the oven and rest for 15 minutes.
