Unlike most orange wines this lot was then gently filtered prior to bottling giving something that is decidedly more approachable (less funky) than some in the genre can be.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe latest vintage contains three varieties Falanghina Vermentino and Fiano these white grapes are fermented on skins in fermenters for 14-21 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGreat served chilled and by itself but also delicious when paired with any dish that have gentle spice froma Lamb roast joint or tagine to harissa aubergine and korean inspired dishes with kimchi.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTasting notes: With generous aromas of citrus and stone fruit - mango fresh gooseberry jasmine and Ceylon tea. Soft in texture with some gentle tannins. The palate follows the aromas with the addition of marmalade and a subtle sweet spice finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eVinification details: The wine is gently filtered by cross-flow stability and polish. Only native yeast are used with no nutrient addition and minimal use of SO2.
