The other ingredients are: Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc and Silicon Dioxide. Coating: Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol, Saccharine Sodium. This medicine contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet dose, that is to say essentially sodium-free.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdvisory Information:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDo not take if you are taking any other medicine for sleep or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Nytol Herbal One-A-Night tablets are not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. If you feel sleepy, do not drive or operate machines. Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided. Do not store above 25°C. Do not use if foil strip is damaged.
