Pour 60g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well under cold water.\n2. Add to a pan with 120ml boiling water per person (or 2x the amount of rice).\n3. With the lid on, bring to the boil then simmer over a low heat for 20-22 mins.\n4. Once the water is fully absorbed, turn off the heat and leave to stand (lid on) for 15-20 mins.\n5.
