With the palm towards the floor, place the hand through the support, then slide the thumb through the right thumbhole if wearing on the Left hand, OR through the left thumbhole if wearing on the Right hand, ensuring the palm of the hand sits over the area where the splint is pointing upwards. Fasten the bottom lower strap, then the top strap.
