Purified water, Glycerine, Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose Sodium, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Citrate, Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Niacin (as Nicotinamide), Vitamin D3 Oil (cholecalciferol, coconut oil, d-alpha tocopherol), Vitamin A (as Acetate), Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate), Banana Flavour, Thiamin (as Thiamine hydrochloride), Pyridoxine (as Hydrochloride), Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 prep (Cyanocobalamin, Calcium Phosphate), Potassium Iodide.

Directions:

Children aged 6 - 12 years: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily. Shake bottle well before use. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 4 months.
