Because powdered milks are not sterile, failure to follow instructions may make your baby ill. Approx. 1 beaker - Amount of cooled, boiled water (ml): 210, Number of level scoops of powder: 7. Once weaning has been established, at around 6 months, we recommend 500-600ml of Nannycare Follow On Milk per day as part of your baby's balanced, varied diet. Every baby is different and your baby may need more or less. Ask a healthcare professional if you need more advice.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e1 Wash your hands and sterilise all equipment according to manufacturer's instructions. 2 Boil 1 litre of fresh tap water. Leave to cool for no more than 30 minutes (the temperature needs to be at least 70°C). Do not use water that is artificially softened or has been boiled before. Pour 210ml of water (see feeding guide) into a sterilised beaker. Be careful of scalding. 3 Using only the scoop provided, lightly fill with powder and level off with the leveller that is built into the rim of the tin. Add 7 level scoops of powder. 4 Place the sterilised lid on the beaker and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved. 5 Cool the beaker under a running cold tap until it is lukewarm.
