Ingredients: 1 Box Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix, 2 Medium Eggs, 25g Unsalted Butter, 20g Sunflower or Vegetable Oil, 75 ml Semi-skimmed Milk, 6 Paper Muffin Case (included). Oven 200°C \/ Fan 180°C \/ Gas Mark 6. Method: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C\/ Fan 180°C\/ Gas mark 6. 2. Place the paper cases in the muffin tray. 3. Empty the muffin mix into a bowl and add the eggs, butter, vegetable oil \u0026amp; milk. 4. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until well combined. 5. Retain 2 tablespoons\/25g of the chocolate chunks for decoration and mix the rest of the chocolate gently into the mix with a spoon. 6. Divide the mix between the 6 muffin cases and finish each with a few of the remaining chocolate chunks. 7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through and they spring back to the touch. 8.
