Preheat oven. 2. Microwave the melted butter and chocolate chunks in a non-metallic bowl for 2 minutes on medium power. Mix until combined. 3. Add both the sugar and egg mix packets to a separate bowl. 4. Add water to the egg mix and whisk the egg mix for 3-4 min, with an electric whisk. 5. Add the chocolate and butter mix to the whisked sugar and egg mix and fold through. 6. Add the flour and cocoa mix sachet to the mixture and gently fold through until combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30-35 mins. 7. The brownies should be slightly springy on the outside but still soft in the middle. 8.
