The Carneros AVA (American Viticultural Area) is located in Southern Napa Valley and Sonoma County near the bay. It was the first wine region in California to be defined by climate. The cool winds and almost-daily cool fog combine to make this the top region for the production of Cabernet Sauvignon.

This Cabernet Sauvignon includes a beautiful blend of grapes; 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Merlot, 4% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Offering the classic flavours of ripe blackberry, plum and blackcurrant which are lifted by hints of chocolate, cocoa and oak, with notes of spice and vanilla. Combined with smooth tannins and good acidity, they contribute to the dry, long elegant finish.
