Do not refreeze after thawing.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePreparation and Usage: To grill: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 5 minutes (from frozen allow 10 minutes on low medium heat) turning once. To fry: Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 6 minutes (from frozen allow 12 minutes on low heat) turning once. Do not overcook - these sausages are already partly cooked and only need browning and heating through till piping hot. They will dry out if you cook them for as long as a fresh sausage.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServing suggestion: Heat the oil in a large casserole pot. Gently brown the sausages for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan, then add the diced onion, celery, carrots and cook for 10 minutes until softened and golden. Add the garlic, chopped tomatoes, beans, paprika, oregano, bay leaves and chicken stock. Simmer for 30 minutes, the add back in the speedy sausages for 10 minutes until thickened.
