Just 3 Simple Steps to Perfect Porridge in 2 minutes... Step 1: Measure 2 level scoops (30g) of Flahavan's Irish Quick Oats Original. Step 2: Add 4 scoops (170ml) of cold water\/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook. Step 3: Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and serve. Childs Serving: For a smaller serving use 1 scoop of oats, 2 scoops of milk\/water and microwave on high for 90 seconds. This is based on 900W microwave. Cooking times will vary according to microwave wattage. As with any hot product please be careful. Quick Oats Porridge can also be prepared quickly on the hob.
