Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously. \u003cstrong\u003eMicrowave (Serves 1):\u003c\/strong\u003e Stir 1\/2 cup (40g) of Flahavan's Irish Original Porridge Oats with one cup (220ml) of cold water\/milk in a deep bowl allowing over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to cook. Microwave on high for 2 1\/2 to 3 minutes, stir and serve. This is based on a 900W microwave. Cooking times will vary according to wattage.
