Remove from heat and drain all the water. Let the mix rest for an hour. Add the lamb and chana dall to a blender and blend to form a thick paste. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1tsp East End Ground Black Pepper, 2tsp East End Ground Black Cardamoms, 1tsp East End Ground Cumin and salt to taste. Add 1\/2 onion (very finely chopped) and 2 chopped green chillies. Add 1\/2tsp East End Red Chilli Powder and 1tsp lemon juice. Mix well and let the mixture rest for 4 hours. Make small balls from the mixture and flatten into round patties. Deep fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
