Add 3 tsp tamarind concentrate, 2 tsp sugar and 1\/2 tsp ground white pepper. Mix well and add 1 cup chicken stock and salt to taste. Cook on low heat, without lid, until you have a thick sauce. Serve with Thai jasmine rice or Chinese style sticky rice.
