This is a fine estate in a famous village. Florence's grandfather arrived from Poland in the 1930s, and gradually built up the estate. Florence and Simon are in conversion to organic and biodynamic viticulture, with the 2019 their first vintage producing Ecocert-certified organic wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTasting Notes: It has the distinctive notes of spice, mineral and iron that Gevrey wines sometimes show.
