Preparation and Usage
Try Crazy Jack's Coconut MilkIngredients: (makes 200ml coconut milk)200g Crazy Jack Desiccated Coconut300ml hot water1. Put the desiccated coconut into a bowl and pour over the hot water.2. Leave to soak for at least 10 minutes, and allow it to cool thoroughly.3. Strain the coconut through a clean muslin cloth (or a sieve) and squeeze it dry.4. Top Tip: Add the coconut milk to a curry for extra richness, or blend with a banana for a truly tropical smoothie.
