Cover and reduce the heat, simmer for 40 minutes or until all of the water has been absorbed. 4 Remove from heat and leave covered for another 10 minutes before serving. When using a pressure cooker, use 1 1\/2 cup (360ml) of water, bring to full pressure, then simmer for 30-40 minutes.
