Heat 1 1\/2 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir-fry 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot), 1 slit green chilli and Chicken Pakora for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add masala mixture (no need to add extra salt) and stir well. Bring it to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot!
