Prep. time: 10 mins. Baking time: 37-43 mins. Baking: 1 (23 cm) cake tin. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan assisted ovens or refer to manufacturer's instructions)\/gas mark 4. Grease a deep 23cm cake tin and preferably line base with baking parchment or greaseproof paper.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3 Simple steps:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBeat cake mix, oil, water and eggs (or cake mix, butter, milk and eggs) together and whisk (by hand or electric mixer) for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Do not eat unbaked batter.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eSpoon 8 tablespoons of batter and place in a smaller bowl and pour the remaining batter into the tin. Add chocolate mix into reserved batter and stir well with a fork. Then drop chocolate mixture in spoonfuls, randomly onto the batter in the tin and using a knife to swirl the chocolate mixture through the cake mix.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBake for 37-43 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in tin then remove from tin.
